If you grew up in the 1990s, you will know that PC gaming was forever changed and defined by a shareware game by id Software called Doom. Through its various iterations Doom II, expansion packs, Doom and Doom Eternal, it has kept PC gamers on their toes for nearly three decades now.
The original Doom released in 1993 and has been ported to just about every handheld device known to man. Recently, widescreen versions have been released for playing on smartphones and tablets.
What the world wasn’t quite prepared for was when a genius hacker named Foone ran the game on a 128 x 32 pixel monochrome display on a digital pregnancy test. You can read all about it here on Gamespot.
